About Prof. Niaz Erfan
A Distinguished Career in Education
Prof. Niaz Erfan has had a remarkable professional journey. He served as a professor at Government College and later as Secretary at the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Rawalpindi. Even after retiring in the 1990s, he remained actively involved in social and community work.
A Longstanding Relationship with Help In Need
Since 2003, Prof. Erfan has been a dedicated supporter of Help In Need. As a Member and Director, he has contributed valuable guidance and support, helping the organization grow and strengthen its impact.

Beyond HIN, he is actively involved with organizations such as Faiz-ul-Islam Trust and Tameer-e-Millat Foundation, continuing his mission to uplift communities and support meaningful causes.

Established in 2003, Help In Need is a non-profit and non-political organization working to improve the lives of underprivileged communities across Pakistan.

Many families cannot afford meat throughout the year. Through this program, we ensure that they can also celebrate Eid with dignity and joy. Our team carefully manages the process to ensure that meat is distributed fairly and reaches those who need it most.
