Prof. Niaz Erfan has had a remarkable professional journey. He served as a professor at Government College and later as Secretary at the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Rawalpindi. Even after retiring in the 1990s, he remained actively involved in social and community work.

Since 2003, Prof. Erfan has been a dedicated supporter of Help In Need. As a Member and Director, he has contributed valuable guidance and support, helping the organization grow and strengthen its impact.
