### Program Description

We aim to build the resilience of the poor and those in vulnerable situations and reduce their exposure to climate-related extreme events and other economic, social and environmental shocks and disasters by 2030. It is also in line with the National Disaster Management Plan of the Pakistan government.

- We are building resilience and social capital and capacitating communities to respond to disasters
- We are saving lives and alleviating the suffering of the affected population
- We are reducing vulnerability through diverse intervention packages to respond to humanitarian situations
